Job Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Build positive, trusting, and professional relationships with service users.
- Support individuals with their emotional wellbeing and daily routines.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive coping strategies.
- Assist with activities designed to promote wellbeing and social development.
- Observe and monitor changes in behaviour, mood, and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate relevant observations to the wider team.
