In this Mental Health Assistant role, you will work with students who may experience anxiety, low mood, or behavioural difficulties. The Mental Health Assistant will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils build emotional awareness and resilience.

As a Mental Health Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom
* Assist students in developing emotional regulation strategies
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Build consistent and trusting relationships with pupils
* Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals
