Mental Health Assistant - Maidenhead

As a Mental Health Assistant, the role will include:

• Providing 1:1 support for students experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing needs
• Supporting small groups with activities that promote positive mental health and wellbeing
• Assisting students in developing coping strategies and emotional regulation skills
• Monitoring students' wellbeing and progress
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Building positive and trusting relationships with students and staff
• Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students' individual needs
