  • Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in mathematics to students
  • Assess students' learning needs and develop personalised teaching plans
  • Explain mathematical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Help students improve their problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
  • A degree in Mathematics or related field
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics

  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and principles
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or Education
  • Experience working with students of different ages and abilities
  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work may involve evenings or weekends depending on student availability
  • Ability to travel to students' homes or conduct tutoring sessions online

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
