The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Inspire students of all abilities through creative and differentiated teaching strategies.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching to support individual learning needs.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards and improve student outcomes.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
• Is committed to raising achievement and inspiring students to succeed.
• Promotes inclusive teaching practices and high expectations for all learners.
• Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
