• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire students of all abilities to develop confidence in Mathematics.

• Assess, monitor, and track student progress.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of individual students.
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations and future study.
• Use innovative teaching methods to make Mathematics accessible and enjoyable.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and attendance.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
• Possesses strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths.
• Can engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Has strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Is committed to raising standards and student achievement.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
