As a Secondary Maths Teacher, you will teach KS3 and KS4 students through clear methods, step-by-step explanations, and consistent routines.

Key responsibilities
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
Model clear methods and worked examples
Break down problems into manageable steps
Address misconceptions early
Prepare students for GCSE exams
Track progress and provide support
Maintain structured classroom routines

The classroom environment
Lessons are clear and predictable
Students follow consistent methods
Confidence builds through repetition
Behaviour is calm and focused

Skills and experience
Strong Maths subject knowledge
Clear explanation skills
Strong classroom management
Organisation and consistency
