This school provides full time education for young people who are not accessing mainstream schools. They aim to provide personalised learning opportunities in a creative and supportive environment where young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their learning and aim for success. The Teacher of Maths will be able to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and communicate this in an enthusiastic and imaginative way.

You will work with students across KS3 and KS4 and will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching by planning engaging lessons that enable all pupils to make the best possible progress.

You will be able to differentiate lesson plans and be able to use teaching strategies that cater for all students.

It is beneficial if you have experience working in a SEN School/Alternative provision but this is not essential if you have strong behaviour management and a passion to support young people who face challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
