An exciting opportunity has arisen at our client school in Darlington. Are you a passionate Maths teacher looking for a new role in April 2024? Both ECT and Fully Qualified teachers welcome to apply! 

Position: Maths Teacher

Pay: MPS/UPS

Contract: Full-Time

Start Date: September 2024

Our client Secondary school is located within the Darlington area with access from surrounding areas via the A1/A1(M) or the A68. For candidates who do not drive, there are many public transport links from the surrounding areas of The North East.

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Excellent subject knowledge within the Maths curriculum.
  • Great classroom management skills.
  • Have a child only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for it. (We can help you apply during registration).
  • Provide 2 professional references from recent employment.

Job Brief

  • Teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths, to a range of abilities.
  • Array of extracurricular activities to get involved with.
  • Plan, deliver and mark Maths lessons to meet the needs of students at various levels of learning.
