Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Maths Graduate to join our client schools  Maths team and support the Department in teaching the national curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in teaching but may not yet be fully qualified. The school will provide comprehensive support and guidance to help candidates develop their skills and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Maths Department in delivering engaging lessons and fostering understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Providing support to students in mastering mathematical principles through one-on-one and small group sessions.
• Collaborating with experienced teachers to develop lesson plans and educational resources.
• Participating in departmental meetings and professional development sessions.
• Contributing to extracurricular maths activities and events organized by the school.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• A strong passion for teaching and a genuine interest in supporting students' learning journeys.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in approach to work.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to pursue initial teacher training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
