Role Requirements:
Qualification: Must hold a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field and have achieved or be on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2024.

Passion for Mathematics: Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for teaching Maths and an ability to inspire students of varying abilities and backgrounds.

Pedagogical Skills: Proficient in delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Shows a commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to engage in ongoing training and CPD opportunities.

Safeguarding: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and is committed to promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
