Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Maths & English Tutor looking for a rewarding opportunity in Chesterfield?

We are looking for a dedicated tutor to support students in Maths and English, helping them develop their subject knowledge, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals.

  • Deliver engaging and supportive Maths and English tuition.
  • Provide personalised lessons based on individual learning needs.
  • Support students with their academic progress and confidence.
  • Develop students' core Maths and English skills.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit different abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work closely with the school and wider support team.
  • Experience teaching or tutoring Maths and English.
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and behaviour-management skills.
  • Relevant teaching/tutoring qualifications are desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
