We are currently looking for 1-1 Maths and English tutors in Clifton (NG11) and the surrounding areas to work up to GCSE level. This can start immediately or be tailored to your preferred start date.

As a tutor, you will have the unique opportunity to adapt your teaching approach to the individual needs of each student, making a real difference in their academic journey. As a 1:1 tutor, you will have more time for yourself and your family.

The amount of paperwork is minimised, and you can control your own schedule by accepting as much or as little work as you desire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support in core subjects (Maths, English, or Primary)
• Creating individualised programmes of learning for each student
• Conducting tutoring sessions in the student's home environment
• Working with students of various ages and abilities
• Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent teaching/TA experience
• Experience working with primary or secondary aged children
• Enthusiastic, engaging, and friendly demeanour
• Additional qualifications such as TA or previous tutoring experience are highly valued.
