Have you thought about a career in education but not had the experience or know how to get started?
We are currently supporting one of our partnership schools in their search for a full-time teaching assistant. The successful applicant will be working Monday -Friday (08.30 – 15.30) supporting in the foundation phase. The school is located in the heart of Barry, with easy public transport links and good on street parking facilities.
The Role -
As an LSA, the pupils you will be working with have varied backgrounds, struggle with communication and can present challenging behaviour. You will need to be patient, resilient and have strong classroom presence. You will be based primarily in the foundation phase but must be flexible working with children across KS2 also.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
