We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded primary school in the NG8 area on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, deliver small-group interventions, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and supported.

  • Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom.
  • Working with individual pupils and small groups to raise attainment.
  • Delivering targeted interventions when required.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and resources.
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs.

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.

  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Works well as part of a team and uses their own initiative when needed.
  • Full-time role in a well-established primary school.
  • Supportive leadership team and friendly staff.
