About the Setting

We are working with a welcoming and supportive setting in Tower Hamlets, looking for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 EYFS Practitioner in Tower Hamlets who wants to work in a setting that values high-quality Early Years provision, positive relationships and children's individual development.

The Role

As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner in Tower Hamlets, you will:

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development
• Promote communication, language and physical development
• Observe, assess and record children's progress
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS team
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures

Ideal Candidate

The successful Level 3 EYFS Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Previous experience working within an EYFS or Nursery setting
• A current Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A warm, nurturing and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
• A strong commitment to safeguarding
