The Role

You will play an important part in supporting young children during those vital early years, helping to create a safe, engaging and inspiring environment where children can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
    * Creating positive relationships with children, staff and families
    * Encouraging communication, confidence and independence
    * Assisting with observations and monitoring child progress
    * Helping maintain a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment
    * Upholding safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from candidates who are:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years (essential)
    * Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
    * Calm, adaptable and positive in their approach
    * Confident working as part of a team
    * Ready to step in and make an immediate positive impact

Experience within nursery or early years settings is welcomed, but just as importantly, we are looking for someone with warmth, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for early education.
