Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Fawley area on a long-term basis.

This rewarding role involves providing classroom support and 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning and reach their full potential.

  • Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with SEN.
  • Help create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Encourage the pupil's academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the school's SEN team.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable.
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN is advantageous.
  • Patient, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting young learners.
  • Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one.
  • Competitive pay rate.
