Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Oldham supporting pupils aged 4-19 with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

You will:

✅ Provide one-to-one and small-group support
✅ Help pupils engage with learning and classroom activities
✅ Support communication using visual strategies, PECS, and AAC systems
✅ Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
✅ Promote independence, social skills, and wellbeing
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
✅ Provide personal care support where required

Experience in SEN, education, care, youth work, mental health, healthcare, or support work is welcome, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
