Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist Secondary SEN School and College in Bury, supporting learners aged 11-19. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and wider support staff to:

⭐ Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support

⭐ Help students engage with learning and achieve their individual goals

⭐ Support communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing

⭐ Encourage independence and essential life skills

⭐ Assist with personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

⭐ Build positive and trusting relationships with students

⭐ Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

⭐ Celebrate progress and achievements, no matter how big or small
