Are you creative, hands-on, and eager to support young minds? Teaching Personnel is recruiting Primary LSAs to support Reception and Key Stage 1 classrooms in Newbury. From helping with messy play to assisting with early writing, your role will directly impact young learners' confidence.

• Key Duties: Facilitate play-based learning, oversee outdoor continuous provision, and assist pupils with personal organization.
• Requirements: Passion for early years and primary education; clear communication skills; adaptability across local primary settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
