Teaching Personnel is recruiting Learning Support Staff to work across a number of specialist SEN schools that we proudly partner with. We are looking for compassionate, patient and dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs.
You don't need previous school experience. If you have a background in care, support work, healthcare, nursing, residential care, mental health support or other medical settings, we'd love to hear from you. Your transferable skills could make a huge impact in the classroom.
You'll be supporting pupils with a range of complex additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
