Full-Time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) – Southampton Primary Schools

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work full-time in a range of primary schools across Southampton, starting September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a school or a similar educational or care setting.
• Experience supporting children aged 3–11 years.
• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting children with a variety of learning needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
