This is more than another Teaching Assistant position.

It's an opportunity to become part of a dedicated specialist education environment where every smile, every achievement and every breakthrough matters.

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and compassionate educators who can step confidently into the role from day one.

Previous SEND experience is highly valued, and we're especially keen to hear from people who can hit the ground running.

However, if you haven't worked extensively in childcare but have experience supporting children in any capacity and bring warmth, positivity, resilience and genuine passion, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Permanent Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers to provide outstanding support for pupils with additional learning needs.

Grade 14 - £13.05-£13.47 per hour - Your pro rata gross starting basic salary will be approximately £18,915 per annum.

Every day is varied and rewarding, involving:

• Supporting pupils individually and within small groups.
• Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.
• Delivering learning activities tailored to individual abilities.
• Promoting positive behaviour through encouragement and consistency.
• Assisting with literacy, numeracy and creative learning opportunities.
• Helping pupils achieve personalised learning goals.
• Providing personal care and physical support where required, following training.
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and families to ensure every child reaches their potential.
• Preparing learning resources and creating an engaging classroom environment.
• Accompanying educational visits and supporting enriching experiences beyond the classroom.

Someone who brings enthusiasm, patience, motivation and a positive outlook every single day.

You should enjoy building relationships with children, work brilliantly within a team, remain calm under pressure and always strive to bring out the very best in every pupil.

Experience working with children is essential, whether within education, youth work, care, sports coaching, nurseries or similar settings.

SEND experience is advantageous, but your attitude, commitment and willingness to learn are just as important.

Interviews are taking place next week, so don't miss this fantastic permanent opportunity!
