Learning Support Assistant New

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a strong EYFS background, looking for your next role in a mainstream primary school?

We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southampton, seeking a dedicated and skilled LSA to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in the early years and beyond, helping to build strong foundations for their learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within EYFS and be confident delivering targeted intervention sessions, as well as providing effective 1:1 support. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with varying needs, helping to raise attainment, boost confidence, and encourage positive engagement in the classroom.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has recent experience supporting children within EYFS
• Is confident delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
• Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and pupils
