Step into the classroom and become a vital support for students as they build confidence, overcome challenges, and enjoy learning. Supply Desk is proud to be working with a friendly and inclusive school in Little Chalfont, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about supporting young people and gaining meaningful experience within education.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing in-class support to pupils who require additional guidance
  • Helping to break down barriers to learning and promote engagement
  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
  • Building positive, supportive relationships that encourage confidence and independence

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is patient, enthusiastic, and approachable
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and ready to get involved in school life
  • Is considering a future career in education, SEN, or youth work
  • Has school-based experience (desirable, but not essential)
