Job Title: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-time (term-time only considered)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small, independent special school in Worthing that supports pupils aged 6–16 with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH), autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help deliver tailored learning experiences and provide consistent emotional and behavioural support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
