Job Description: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of students’ learning across a range of subjects. The role involves working closely with teachers to provide additional assistance to students who require extra support in their academic endeavours.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning.

Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs would be advantageous.
