Position: Learning Support Assistant As a Learning Support Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
  • Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum.
  • Implementing individualized learning plans and strategies.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' learning journey.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
