We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school located in Salford, Greater Manchester. At our organisation, we are committed to empowering the next generation of educators and helping them find their passion.

As part of our mission, we are looking for learning support assistants who are looking for a full time role at a school that will become a permanent contract.

  • Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (KS3/4)
  • Salary: £84 - £90 per day
  • Contract: Temporary with the potential for permanent
  • Start Date: ASAP upon completion of vetting process

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1-2-1 support to pupils and assisting small groups with completing assigned work from the class teacher
  • Assisting with catch-up sessions in English, Maths, and Science
  • Managing challenging behaviour in a professional and positive manner
  • Serving as a role model for students and setting a high standard of behaviour
  • Following safeguarding procedures and promptly reporting any concerns

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate in one of the following fields: Education, English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Criminology, or Sports. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
