Salary: Commencing at over £83 per day

Hours: Flexible, with full-time and part-time opportunities available

Your Mission:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that every child, regardless of their individual challenges or barriers, receives the tailored support they need to thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

Collaborate closely with teachers and educational professionals to implement tailored interventions and strategies

Foster independence and confidence in students through positive reinforcement and encouragement

Assist in the creation and adaptation of learning materials to suit individual learning styles and preferences
