Position: Learning Support Assistant

Role: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support students with additional learning needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a core subject (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science)
• Passion for education and supporting student development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
