Job Op – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Location – Weymouth

Role – Full-Time

Start – ASAP

Teaching Personnel are working with a Primary School in the Weymouth area who are urgently seeking a Strong 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a specific pupil in Year4 for the Mornings only (Until 1pm).

Role:

-          Teaching assistant to one specific pupil with extra requirements.

-          Supporting the pupil with day-to-day learning and behaviour.

-          Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 1pm Starting ASAP.

-          This post is to last until the Summer Holidays however may have the potential to extend further for the right TA.

Requirements:

-          Experience working 1:1 with pupils with challenging behaviour.

-          Availability in the mornings Mon-Fri.

-          Knowledge and Experience of Autism and ADHD would be ideal.

-          Strong behaviour management skills.

-          Ability to commit to provide consistency for the pupil.
