  • Help pupils access learning through personalised strategies and adaptive approaches
  • Encourage communication, confidence, independence, and social development
  • Support children with sensory, physical, learning, and medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other specialist professionals
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive
  • Celebrate and support every milestone, achievement, and success along the way

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in:

  • Education or school settings
  • SEND or specialist provision
  • Care and support work
  • Residential childcare
  • Healthcare or therapy support
  • Early years or childcare settings
  • Youth work, community roles, or other people-focused environments

Previous SEN school experience is not essential. We are keen to hear from compassionate individuals who are:

  • Patient, caring, and reliable
  • Calm, resilient, and adaptable
  • Positive and proactive in their approach
  • Confident building relationships with children and young people
  • Passionate about supporting learners with additional needs to achieve their full potential
  • Competitive pay of £14.25 per hour
  • Full-time, term-time-only hours for a great work-life balance
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Valuable experience within a specialist SEN setting
  • Small class sizes and enhanced staffing support
  • A friendly, welcoming, and collaborative team environment
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people

A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service is preferred; however, applicants must be willing to obtain one if required.
