Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their educational journey? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school within a Reception / EYFS setting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact-helping children build confidence, develop key skills, and thrive in a nurturing early years environment.

The Role:
You will be working closely with the class teacher to support children aged 4-5, assisting with phonics, early numeracy, and creative play-based learning. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom where every child feels supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support within Reception
• Assist with early literacy and numeracy development
• Support children with additional learning needs where required
• Help create a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development

• Experience working with children (EYFS experience highly desirable)
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and child development
