Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students to help them access learning.
- Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
- Support students with additional learning needs and individual support plans.
- Encourage positive behaviour and create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
