Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide invaluable assistance to students in core subjects. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support, ensuring that all students receive the guidance they need to excel academically.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science.

Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.

Support students with additional learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
