Are you a patient, compassionate and experienced Learning Mentor who enjoys helping young people build confidence, independence and essential life skills?
We are currently looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to support young boys requiring EOTAS provision in Wokingham, helping them prepare for adulthood and become more confident and independent within their local community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply provide academic support. You will play an important role in helping young people develop the practical skills, confidence and independence they need for everyday life.

The role is particularly suited to someone who is patient, encouraging and able to build strong relationships with young people. You will become a familiar and supportive face, helping them take small but meaningful steps towards greater independence.
We are looking for someone who:
Previous experience as a Learning Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor or similar would be highly beneficial.
This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to make a difference to young people at an important stage of their lives.
Rather than simply supporting them in a classroom, you will be helping them develop the confidence and practical skills they will need for adulthood, while encouraging them to become more independent within their own community.
If you're passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and would love the opportunity to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!
