Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Skills: Experience working with SEN pupils

  • Provide one-to-one tutoring in KS3/4 Maths
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of SEN pupils
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student learning

A relevant degree in Mathematics or Education

Experience working with SEN pupils

Prior experience in tutoring or teaching Mathematics

Experience working with SEN pupils

  • Strong understanding of the KS3/4 Maths curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with SEN pupils

This role is part-time and temporary, with flexible hours

The tutoring sessions may take place in a school setting or the student's home

Travel within Surrey is required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
