SEN experience

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
• Provide support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to ensure academic development
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Previous experience working as an English tutor or teacher

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum for English
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons

• Additional training or certification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
