We are seeking a committed and skilled KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Aylesbury from September 2026.   • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, meeting the needs of pupils with a range of abilities.
  • Create a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes high expectations, inclusion, and pupil progress.
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, using assessment data to inform planning and support individual learning needs.
  • Encourage independent learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving through well-structured and purposeful lessons.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development and achievement.
  • Participate fully in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching across Key Stage 2.
  • Secure knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching and assessment strategies.
  • A commitment to developing confident, independent learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive, reflective approach to teaching and professional development.
