KS2 Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Primary Teachers, to work closely alongside our client schools based in the Louth area. Our schools are looking for teachers to fill short term & long-term bookings, covering for things such as course cover, illnesses, maternity leave & PPA time.

A Quick Overview

The teachers we are looking for need to be positive, adaptable, enthusiastic & confident – teachers who can walk into any established classroom, engage all children, and reach each child’s greatest potential.

Duties & The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with primary pupils
• Can demonstrate the drive and skills to raise standards of pupil’s attainment and achievement
• Build & maintain effective, informative, relationships with parents/guardians
• Plan & deliver the teaching programme, ensuring this is in line with the current curriculum
• Maintain a safe, supportive and secure environment in which the pupils can learn
• To attend meetings, reviews, and training in accordance with the school policy

Salary & Working Hours

The rate of pay will depend on experience, but Teaching Personnel can guarantee a price match against any other agency – ensuring your trust in us representing you, stays at an all-time high!

Full time hours (Minimum 8.30am – 3.30pm)

Extra hours may be required for staff meetings, inspections, and parent consultations.

Qualification and Vetting

The successful candidate will be required to show proof of appropriate qualification for the post (UK QTS certification) and ECT’s are welcome to apply.

Successful candidates must provide details (when requested) of appropriate referee’s and consent to being subject to ‘Child Only’ DBS checks as per our vetting procedures.
