Education and Training

£130 - £195 Per day

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Key Stage 2children
  • Assess and evaluate pupils' progress, providing feedback to children, parents, and colleagues
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 2

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of the children
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with EAL (English as an Additional Language) pupils

The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Some additional hours may be required for meetings, planning, and extracurricular activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
