Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher looking for a fresh opportunity in supportive Cornish primary schools?
Do you enjoy inspiring pupils, building confidence, and making a real difference in the classroom?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across the Truro and Newquay areas who are seeking enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teachers. We have a mix of day‑to‑day supply, short‑term, and longer‑term roles available to suit your experience and availability.

Whether you’re looking for stability or flexibility, we’ll work with you to find the right fit.

You will be:

  • Teaching engaging, high‑quality lessons across Years 3–6
  • Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with supportive school teams
  • Following school plans (with planning and marking included for longer‑term roles)

Day‑to‑day supply roles offer no planning or marking, while longer‑term placements provide structure, continuity and increased responsibility (with support).

This role would suit teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Are confident teaching KS2
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Are adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Want to enjoy teaching with the right level of support

ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
