Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As a KS1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. You will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to a creative and well-planned KS1 curriculum that fosters curiosity and confidence.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a creative and reflective practitioner with strong KS1 experience
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to pupils’ needs
• Demonstrate calm, positive behaviour management strategies
• Be passionate about children’s academic, social, and emotional wellbeing
• Hold high expectations for all learners
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff
• Be keen to engage in CPD and contribute to wider school life
