An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, creative KS1 teacher to make a positive difference to children’s education experience. The headteacher is keen to appoint somebody who is confident, upholding high professional standards within PR5 area of Preston.


A Successful Key stage 1 Teacher
The successful key stage 1 teacher will enable children to flourish within all aspects of school life. This will be accomplished by proving high quality learning experiences that entice and inspire the children to become inquisitive and responsible for their learning. They will develop positive relationships with the children to optimum learning. They will promote all school rules and policies throughout and encourage children to make the right choices in school and out.

Main responsibilities
- Create and deliver learning activities in line with the national curriculum
- Manage the adults in the class accordingly to support the children’s best interest
- Develop and maintain good working relationships
- Manage good behaviour
- Implement the school marking policies
- Familiarise with the school’s policies and procedures
- Ensure you maintain a professional manner at all times
