Teaching Personnel are working closely with schools in the Sleaford area and are looking for experienced KS1 Teachers to come on board with a Guaranteed Work Scheme we are offering our educators. We are urgently recruiting KS1 Teachers who are adaptable, eager & encouraging – ready to make a positive difference to the education of young children. We need teachers who are confident in entering any classroom, able engage all children and reach each child’s greatest potential.

Salary & Working Hours

The rate of pay will depend on experience, but Teaching Personnel can guarantee a price match against any other agency – ensuring your trust in us representing you, stays at an all-time high!

 

Full time hours (Minimum 8.30am – 3.30pm)

Extra hours may be required for staff meetings, inspections and parent consultations.

 

Duties & The Ideal Candidate

  • Plan & deliver the teaching programme, ensuring it is adaptive to each class
  • Experience working with primary pupils – specifically, in Key Stage 1
  • Strong knowledge of current KS1 curriculum
  • Inspire creativity in lessons
  • Be willing and able to travel up to a 25 mile radius
  • Having full availability us a must (5 days)
  • Be available for morning calls

 

Qualification and Vetting

The successful candidate will be required to show proof of appropriate qualification for the post (UK QTS certification) and ECT’s are welcome to apply.

Successful candidates must provide details (when requested) of appropriate referee’s and consent to being subject to ‘Child Only’ DBS checks as per our vetting procedures.
