Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming Primary School in the PR4 area to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This position is within a supportive Lancashire primary school rated ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS1 practitioner to support learners across the Key Stage 1 phase, providing both whole-class support and targeted small-group intervention. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with primary-aged children and a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

The ideal applicant will be:

  • Positive, patient and nurturing
  • Confident supporting pupils of varying abilities
  • Able to assist with planning and delivering engaging sessions
  • Competent in assessing pupil progress and supporting learning
  • A strong role model with excellent communication skills
