Salary: £162 - £251 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Supply Desk are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Whiteley.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning while supporting every child to achieve their full potential within a caring and supportive school environment.

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.

• Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs of all pupils.

• Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, providing effective feedback.

• Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

• Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' personal development.

• Encourage independence, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
