Hours: 5 days a week within school hours, with additional team meetings after school on set days

Salary: £30,000 - £47,000 Per annum

Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, DFE

Skills: Key Stage 1, Phonics, Little Wandle Phonics, Primary Curriculum

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Key Stage 1 lessons
  • Implement the Primary Curriculum effectively
  • Utilise Phonics, including Little Wandle Phonics, to support early literacy development
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
  • PGCE qualification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Department for Education (DFE) recognition
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stage 1 students
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Additional training in Phonics instruction
  • Experience working in a 2 Form Entry School
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Located in Central Peterborough
